Our Stats Page: What Every Number and Chart Means

July 22, 2026

Most bettors can tell you if they won or lost their last bet. Far fewer can tell you if they were profitable last month, or across their last 200 bets. That isn’t a memory problem, it’s a data problem: without a clean record, you’re just guessing.

BetUnfair’s Bet Tracker keeps that record for you. The Stats Page turns your raw betting history into actionable numbers and visual insights. Here is what every metric and chart on the page means and how to use it.

1. The Top Numbers: Your Whole Track Record In One Screen

At the top of the Stats page sits a dashboard row of core metrics that answer key questions about your betting history:

  • Profit: Shows your total net return in money and as a percentage. In our sample account, that stands at +€4,940 (+180.7%) across 261 bets. The small line underneath (€1,127 at risk in pending bets) represents money staked on events that haven’t finished yet, so it won’t impact profit until settled.
  • Bets: Displays your total bet count split by outcome. The sample shows 266 total bets: 158 wins, 95 losses, and 8 pushes
  • Win Rate: The percentage of settled bets won. On its own, this number can be misleading, a win at 1.20 odds and a win at 4.00 odds both count as one win. Always analyze Win Rate alongside odds and yield rather than by itself.
  • ROI vs. Yield: Both measure profit as a percentage, but against different baselines:
    • ROI (Return on Investment): Compares profit to your bankroll (the total pot of money set aside for betting). Shown here as 9.88% against a €50,000 bankroll. ROI tells you how fast your total capital is growing.
    • Yield: Compares profit to your turnover (the total cumulative amount staked). This account shows a 9.19% Yield on €53,769 turnover (average stake: €206.01). Yield tells you how efficient your betting strategy is.
  • Avg EV / CLV:
    • EV (Expected Value): The theoretical mathematical edge built into a bet at the moment you place it.
    • CLV (Closing Line Value): Compares your price against the sharp closing market price right before an event starts. Consistently beating the closing line is one of the strongest indicators of genuine long-term skill. This account averages +6.30% EV and +3.96% CLV.

Directly above these metrics, you will find a Date Range Selector, a Search Bar to finding specific bets, and a Filter feature to narrow down all page data by sport, bookmaker, or market type.

2. Daily Performance: Your Month, Day By Day

  • What it’s for: Identifying specific winning and losing days rather than looking only at a monthly total.

This calendar breaks down your selected month. Every day with at least one settled bet displays a net outcome: green for profits and red for losses.

The Takeaway: If one or two isolated red days explain your monthly loss, that points to an execution issue on those days, rather than a poor betting strategy.

3. Bets By Sport / Market: Where Your Results Come From

  • What it’s for: Breaking profit down by sport or market type to identify where your edge actually is.

In our example account, Soccer accounts for 201 bets and +€3,007.54 profit, while Basketball accounts for 54 bets and +€1,988.69 profit. Further down, esports like Counter-Strike or League of Legends show only 1 or 2 bets with minor totals like +€12.49 or -€12.50.

This panel isn’t limited to sports. By clicking the panel header “Bets By Sport” you can change the view to see results by market type instead of sport, allowing you to compare whether your Handicap or Total bets perform better.

4. Bet Timing: Every Bet, Plotted Over Time

What it’s for?: Seeing your bets placed sequentially over time rather than as an aggregated lump sum.

Each dot on this plot represents a single bet:

  • Green Dot: Won bet
  • Blue Dot: Pushed bet
  • Red Dot: Lost bet

This chart is made to have a good overall visual idea of your bets over time. A more part of red dots clearly shows negative periods in a way a flat text summary cannot.

Directly below the chart sits Betting Insights, an automated tool that detects patterns in your performance (e.g., specific days, sports, or stake sizes that produce your best returns).

It unlocks on your account once you have logged a certain sample of settled bets to avoid showing inaccurate guesses based on insufficient data.

5. Profit by Odds Range: Where On The Scale You Win

What it’s for: Grouping bets by price bands to reveal which odds ranges are producing your profits.

This bar chart groups your bets into odds ranges, from favorites under 1.5 up to longshots at 5.0 and higher. Hover over any bar to see the exact numbers for that range. The tooltip on the 3.0-5.0 range in the screenshot, for example, shows €0.00, 0 bets, which just means no bets have landed in that range yet.

Below this chart sits our “Performance Analysis”. feature It pulls out signals that point to skill rather than luck: things like your CLV, how good your edge really is, and how much your results vary from what you’d expect.

Like Betting Insights, it needs a certain number of settled bets before it can work, and it tells you plainly when you haven’t reached that yet.

The Takeaway: A bettor who is profitable overall may still be losing money on longshots while heavy favorites carry the account. This chart helps isolate price-band inefficiencies so you can refine your execution.

Where BetUnfair Fits Into This

The Stats page doesn’t track live markets or bookmaker price changes, that is what our Dropping Odds Alerts and Graph Center are for.

The Stats Page tracks your activity: every bet you place, when you place it, and how your results add up over time. By using them together, you get full visibility: live market conditions on one side, and your personal track record against them on the other.

FAQ

What is the Bet Tracker Stats page?

A dashboard inside BetUnfair that turns your logged bet history into key metrics like profit, win rate, ROI, yield, and CLV, plus visual breakdowns by day, sport, and odds range.

What’s the difference between ROI and Yield?

ROI compares your profit to your bankroll—the total pot of money you’ve set aside for betting. Yield compares your profit to your turnover—the total amount you’ve actually staked. They measure performance against two completely different baselines.

What is CLV and why does it matter?

Closing Line Value compares the odds you took to the final market price right before the event started. Beating the closing line consistently is a stronger indicator of genuine betting skill than your win rate alone.

What counts as a pushed bet?

A bet that is neither a win nor a loss, usually because the result landed exactly on the betting line (such as an Asian Handicap or Total). Your stake is simply returned in full.

How many bets do I need before Betting Insights unlock?

You need a baseline sample of settled bets first. The page tells you exactly how many more settled bets you need rather than showing estimated guesses based on too little data.

Can I filter the Stats page by sport or date?

Yes. The date range selector and “Add Filter” option let you narrow every number and chart on the page down to a specific sport, bookmaker, market type, or time period.

Does the Stats page track odds movement too?

No. The Stats page tracks your personal wager history only. Real-time odds tracking and dropping odds alerts live in BetUnfair’s separate monitoring tools.
